Cromarty Mindfulness Group (Cromarty Sangha)

All are welcome, regardless of background or beliefs, including those who have found mindfulness based therapies helpful. No previous experience is necessary, a small donation towards the hire of the room is welcome.

We hold occasional Days of Mindfulness on the Black Isle and sometimes join with other mindfulness groups based in the north of Scotland.

We are part of the UK Community of Interbeing which practices in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.  See  http://interbeing.org.uk/.
